Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Jordan with our cooking experience at Bayt Um Hamza. Located in the scenic area of Arajan in Ajloun, this experience offers a hands-on journey through authentic Jordanian traditional cuisine.

We will start with a short walk around our farm and walk you through our daily routine and lifestyle as a family living in this farm. You will be introduced to the local ingredients and Jordanian culinary history. Then, we will start preparing for our hands-on cooking experience in our traditional kitchen. It is the most fun activity for adults, familities and kids to learn how we prepare dishes like Mansaf, Maqluba, Qalayit Bandoora using techniques passed down through generations. While we prepare for the food, you can enjoy our scenic view of Ajloun from our farm and walk around. After, we will sit at the dining table and enjoy the meal you've surrounded by the serene beauty of Ajloun. Of course you will later be treated with our unique traditional Jordanian tea or coffee.
