Umm Qais is situated on a hill and surrounded by a number of trekking routes on either side…all of which have breath-taking views of the natural landscape.

What you’re going to do

Reveal the history, culture, and nature that surrounds this hill-top village with a hike with an experienced local guide. Meet with a local guide at Philodemus Hiking and Camping Shop, to decide on the best route for yours. Trails that run through the Yarmouk Protected area are subject to an additional fee of 3.5 JD, which are paid directly to the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature.
